These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Kenya. In case any dispute or difference arises between the users and us touching or relating either to the website or the App:

  1. the parties shall in the first instance attempt to resolve such dispute by amicable negotiation;

  2. should such negotiations fail to achieve a resolution within twenty-one (21)days or such other period as the parties thereto agree, either party may declare a dispute by written notification to the other party, whereupon such dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the following terms;

The award of the arbitral tribunal may take the form of an order to pay an amount or to perform or to prohibit certain activities.
